Can I save the design image?
Yes! You can find the generated image on your cart page. By clicking the "Add Personalized Candle to Cart" button, the design is saved automatically. You can view or download the design image anytime. The image will be saved for 30 days.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). If the products are custom-made, please allow additional processing time (e.g. +2–3 days). Processing time varies depending on the print provider. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Is this candle safe to burn?
Yes! Our candles are produced through well-known print-on-demand platforms, which work with carefully vetted manufacturing partners. Each product is selected through the platforms’ quality screening process, and the candles are made to meet industry safety standards for candle burning.
The candles sold on our website are made with natural wax rather than traditional paraffin wax. Natural wax typically burns cleaner and produces less soot, while also being a higher-quality and more sustainable material.
For the best and safest experience, we also recommend following general candle safety practices, such as:
- Always burning the candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface
- Keeping it away from drafts, flammable materials, children, and pets
- Never leaving a burning candle unattended
- Trimming the wick to about 1/4 inch (6 mm) before each use
